DG fishing aims to deliver unique items to anglers and to do so fairly and promptly. We hope that your order will reach you safely and within reasonable time- and will make every effort to let this happen.

Postage costs & info:

UK
We can usually deliver to UK addresses in 48 hours. All postage costs listed are ROYAL MAIL FIRST CLASS and also include quality packaging- padded envelopes in most cases. However, if customers wish, items can be sent by special delivery- this must be arranged with us however, by contacting us (info@dgfishing.co.uk) and requesting this option- you will then be asked to pay an extra fee before goods are dispatched.

Whilst we have never been let down by Royal Mail, dgfishing cannot absolutely & unconditionally guarantee that your goods will arrive on time and in perfect condition. Shit does occasionally happen. All we can do is try our best for you- which we will!

Europe & Overseas
Orders from Europe and the rest of the world are most welcome- please contact us at info@dgfishing.co.uk with your details and order and we will give you a price as soon as possible. We will do our best to keep costs to a minimum and get goods to you promptly.

Out of stock/ Late items
For several reasons it is possible that items may be out of stock. We will usually be able to order more stock at relatively short notice (2 weeks approx). If for any reason we expect it to take longer than this for your order to reach you, we will contact you and give you the choice: you can either wait longer for goods or we will offer a full refund. We will do our best- but we are only human beings!

There may also be times when, as a small business, we are exceptionally busy or temporarily absent- if goods are likely to take longer than 14 days to deliver, we will contact customers, who can choose a refund if they are not prepared to wait. DG fishing will do its utmost to keep on time- but set backs do happen, and as fishermen, we are guessing that most of you don’t have a huge problem with waiting a little while.

Faulty Items
As a small business, all our orders are checked and we watch quality closely. If, however, you receive any product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us as promptly as possible and we may be able to replace or refund the item. Such items would need to be sent to us by standard mail (which we will refund) Some items, flies and rigs for example, will inevitably suffer from wear and tear and may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Dg fishing sincerely hopes that nobody would be unscrupulous enough to steal its product ideas, images or names. All of our products and site content are registered and copyrighted: legal action will be taken against any parties who infringe on our rights as designers and producers. Offenders will then be dipped in fish oil and thrown into a pit of ravenous pike.
